I know that it has been a good amount of time since we have announced anything actually new, and considering most of you probably think we have just fallen off the end of the earth, or are completely slacking. 
However, I am here to tell you that is not the case what-so-ever. We have beeb working quite hard on most likely the largest package of new features this team has ever rolled out at one time. I will be coming quite soon, and I expect that you will all be more than thrilled.
So hang in there, and give us just a little more time, and we'll sparkle and shine for ya.
Much very good stuff is on it's way down the pipe. Very good stuff indeed.
Now, since I have been up for 27 hours and have fallen asleep once already while writing there, I will stumble off to bed for a few hours or so.
Thanks for everyone's support and patience! It is really encouraging to the team, and is a serious driving factor in motivating us all to stay with it through some of the more frustrating times! Thanks again.

Actually you are not missing anything, except comments. There is a bug causing comments over a certain count to just disappear. They are in the DB, but for some reason not showing on blogs.
The devs are 'looking into it', but I can only beg them to look faster.
