So yeah, we are still working on our chat implementation.

The team here happens to use Skype for all of our IM communications and such. Contrary to the belief by (so it seems) any and everyone who has not used Skype, people do actually use it for things other than voice.

Anyway, quite recently (about 20 minutes ago) I noticed that you can now setup (public) chat rooms, so just for the fun of it, I put one up for Napalm. The team is in there, etc. So feel free to drop by if you want.

Remember that you have to have Skype installed to use this.

Oh, and most of you have probably noticed we launched a new front page and News. I am still working out some bugs, but over all it's all up. So go post some news. News is good!! :P

                      It appears you have your privacy settings set to keep you from being able to do anything on Skype. Go back in to your preferences and do some tinkering and we'll try again.

    Sweet! I'm still waiting to be allowed into the room though.
    Skype is more popular than I thought I guess. Over on the site I'm a mod at, we use Skype to communicate among the staff if we're not using IRC.
    For text based chat, I think that an IRC channel is a more permanent solution, but I'm sure you're working on something secret anyway. :)

    The front page looks very pretty. If game company lawyers get sue-happy as they tend to do, I'm sure there's some fair use law or something...
