I remember one time when I was still playing the demo (before the full version went gold) and I ended up gunner with this other guy flying.. .and it was by far _the_ best flying I had ever seen in any game. Most of the time it felt like I was in a movie.
He could hover perfectly, strafe attack, and actually keep it level for me to hit targets. I had never seen that done well.
Later on I asked him about it, and he said that he was a Chopper pilot in the Gulf War. Usually when someone spews something like that at me I would throw it off as bullshit. But after flying with the guy for several hours, I had to believe it. It was the only viable answer.
Very cool experience to walk away from, especially in a game environment.

Maybe I just dont have it calibrated or havent spent enough time trying but either way I always get taken out in a dog fight, like I never won one.
I'll stick to the anti-air for revenge. lol

And after probably 3-4hours of working at it, I got to a point where I could hover over a building for a good minute or so without blowing up.
When you throw any kind of aiming/dogfighting in there, the whole thing complicates 10 fold.
